Refund Policy:

• The client has the right to receive a full refund for the subscription amount in the follow-up packages listed on the page if one week has passed from the registration date without receiving communication or the customized programs.
• The client has the right to receive 80% of the subscription for the same packages after two days, as the program preparation would have already started. The client has no right to claim any refund after the program has been delivered.
• Regarding consultations: The client has the right to cancel the consultation within 30 minutes of booking and receive a full refund, provided that the consultation time is not less than two hours from the scheduled session time chosen by the client. The client has no right to a refund once the consultation has started or if the booking was for an urgent consultation (1.5 hours or less).
• Regarding groups: The client has the right to receive a full refund of the subscription before half of the group’s duration has been completed, within 3 business days (from Sunday to Thursday). The client has the right to receive 75% of the group subscription before the group officially starts, as determined by video or any other communication method. The client has no right to a refund for the group subscription once the group has started, under any circumstances.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the client.
• The refund will be processed at the value at the time of payment, not at the time of refund, subject to currency exchange rate changes.
• Taxes will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of the type of service, in accordance with cooperation regulations and applicable obligations.
