• The programs sold through the landing page are exclusive to Captain Eslam and no one else is responsible for designing and following them up other than him.
• The existing programs are executed according to what is written on the page.
•  The prices of the selected packages include all available services only that have been explained.
• The consultation service is one of the services provided and is offered by Captain Eslam himself and no one else.
• The name of the person for whom a consultation has been booked cannot be changed according to his information, which determines the problem and the method for solving it.

– Regarding group subscriptions:

• • The group is a specific number of people during a specific period that is explained through the video showing the start and end date of the subscription.
  • The subscription is monthly and not every 3 months. It does not have personal follow-up with the client in his capacity, but it is an aggregate group and has controls and laws that are approved or rejected by the client before joining it.
  • If the customer joins the group, this means that he has willingly agreed to the terms of joining.
  • Once the terms and conditions are agreed upon, this is considered a contract in the event of agreement between the two parties and commitment to all the aforementioned terms is binding and cannot be legally modified in the event of a disagreement (modifying the transactional terms from a personal perspective includes informal negotiation on (program delivery date – payment of fees or refund of fees through official communication channels).
